About the United Soybean Board
Established in 1991, the United Soybean Board (USB) administers the Soy Checkoff℠. Its 77 farmer-leaders are nominated by state checkoff boards and appointed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to three-year terms. The board sets priorities and directs checkoff investments on behalf of U.S. soybean farmers.
